Week 3 exam 1
Hopefully this will pass for exam 1 this week. She did pretty good at the poles today. Only a couple “OUTS”! She seemed really tired today. We practiced sit/stay quite a bit, which she did really well. The only time she broke was the time I recorded for the test. 😕. I struggled getting her to stand today. She kept wanting to sit. I think she was just so tired. We will try again tomorrow.

Week 3 exam 1. Hopefully this will be a pass. If not I will try again tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteI’m not surprised she was tired, Trina. Riley’s session this morning was quite a work out for her…and me! I haven’t posted the video yet but we did LL and an extremely intense tunnel of love. The food and toys didn’t distract Riley as much Roxanne’s four dogs and Molly. She just wants to be part of the pack and kept pulling towards them! When we were done, I went to load her in Buck’s truck she was a whole different dog. She was worn out. She heeled nicely and gave me a few good AS before loading her. She’ll sleep well tonight! Trina, you did a great job on the Exam!
ReplyDeleteTrina,
ReplyDeletePass and beautifully handling on your part. Yes, Riley was, literally, T.O.A.S.T, after her intense 60 minutes heavy distraction training this morning at the park. I am still uploading this morning's videos.
Buck, was she tired this morning after that training session?
Roxanne
Did I do the correction correct when she broke on the sit/stay? I did notice that I stepped back to her with the wrong foot. Anything else? It happened so quick I wasn’t even thinking about which foot first.
ReplyDeleteYes, you did the Sit Correction for breaking Sit/Stay correctly. Looks good, Trina, REALLY good.
